Product Details

Echinacea helps relieve symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection. Ginger as an expectorant/anti-tussive to help relieve bronchitis, coughs and colds. Angelica & Burdock helps relieve feverish conditions by inducing sweating (diaphoretic) Ginger, Echinacea and Angelica as expectorants to help relieve bronchitis, coughs and colds.

Medicinal Ingredients:

1 ml (20 drops) contains: - Echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia) Root (1:1) equivalent to 0.27gm - Goldenseal Root (Hydrastis canadensis) Root (1:4) equivalent to 0.008gm - Angelica Root (Angelica archangelica) (1:1) equivalent to 0.024gm - Burdock Root (Arctium lappa) Root (1:1) equivalent to 0.068gm - Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale) Root (1:1) equivalent to 0.068gm - Peony Root (Paeonia albiflora) Root and skin (1:4) equivalent to 0.605gm - Licorice Root (Glycyrrhizae glabra) Root (1:4) equivalent to 0.005gm - Red Clover (Trifolium pretense) Flower (1:1) equivalent to 0.0048gm - Irish Moss (Chondrus crispus) Plant body (1:4) equivalent to 0.005gm

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Alcohol, stevia leaf, water


Suggested Use

Adults, take 40 drops 3 times daily


Cautions

Consult a healthcare practitioner if abdominal discomfort, heartburn, and/or an irritant effect in the mouth and throat persists. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have gallstones, if you have blood coagulation disorder, if you have a progressive systemic disease (such as tuberculosis, leukosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS, HIV infection), if you are taking immunosuppressants, if you have diabetes, hypokalemia, kidney disease, auto-immune disorder or; if symptoms persist or worsen. Consumption of Goldenseal with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.

Contraindications: Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have been diagnosed with liver cancer, a bleeding disorder, if you have impaired kidney or liver function, if you have high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have a history of peptic ulcers. Should not be taken if you are taking certain medications, including: anticoagulants, anti-platelet medications, blood thinners, hormonal therapies, potassium depleting agents, MAO inhibitors, P450 3A4-metabolized drugs, sedative drugs, or barbiturates, allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/compositae/daisy family, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of the hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics.

Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat and/or difficulty breathing.
