Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose (capsule), cellulose, silica, magnesium stearate, magnesium silicate.
Suggested Use
Adults: Take 2 capsules 3 times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 8 months.
Cautions

Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Do not use if you have primary systemic L-carnitine deficiency or secondary L-carnitine deficiency (inborn errors of metabolism) for which supplementation is prescribed/monitored by a health care practitioner. Anxiety, dizziness, constipation, and/or skin rashes have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Feelings of sleeplessness or overstimulation may occur; discontinue use if feelings persist or worsen.
