Nettle perfectly completes the burdock's virtues. Their combination helps to naturally keep a clean skin. In addition to being efficient against skin affections, it curbs sebum secretion (skin, hair), favours drainage (cellulite) and reduces water retention.
Caraway is the perfect flat stomach ingredient. It allows fighting lazy intestines; fermentations and bulges ease out and hence the stomach flattens. Also, it is a very efficient antiseptic and is present in the French pharmacopoeia where it is recommended for certain pruriginous dermatological ailments.
Goldenseal has the ability to amplify other plant's effects to which it is combined. It has a scaring affect and fights infections with its active ingredient - berberine - which is antimicrobial. It also acts as a gentle laxative without all the inconvenients and its powerful bitterness stimulates the liver and digestion.
Alfalfa has antibiotic, bactericide, anti-fungal, anti-tumorous, tonic and blood purgative properties. Being diuretic, alfalfa helps soothe urinary and intestinal problems and water retention.

Suggested Use
Take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) 2 to 3 times per day.
